President of FIMC Commercial Realty, Bill Chudej is an authority in the consultation and brokerage of investments, analysis of income producing real estate, and property management services for commercial and multi-family properties. During the course of his real estate career, Mr. Chudej has dealt extensively with small private investors as well as large syndicators providing management, leasing, brokerage and consulting services, brokering over $100,000,000 for investor clients. As President of FIMC Commercial Realty, he has overseen the management of thousands of apartment units and over 2 million feet of commercial space throughout Texas.
Mr. Chudej holds both a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Business Administration from West Texas State University. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) as designated by the Institute of Real Estate Management, and a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. He holds the coveted designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) of The Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. He has served as President of the West Texas Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management, President of the Apartment Association of the Panhandle for three terms, Past Vice President at Large for the Texas Apartment Association, and has served on the Executive Committee of the Texas Apartment Association. He is a Life Board Member of the Panhandle Apartment Association, a Rotarian and serves on numerous charitable and civic boards.
Lisa Hayes-Burt currently serves as Vice President of FIMC Commercial Realty, Inc. where she is responsible for brokerage, leasing and management supervision of both commercial and multi-family properties. She has over twenty years of experience in dealing extensively with all types of income producing real estate.
A licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Texas, Lisa is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute as well as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management. In addition, she holds a Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Property Manager Certification and National Apartment AssociationCertified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) Certification.
She has successfully administered numerous large capital expenditure budgets and overseen extensive refurbishment projects. She has also had extensive experience leasing office, retail and industrial properties and kept those properties above the average occupancy. Lisa has worked with national tenants as well as regional and local tenants and has represented both Landlords and Tenants in multiple transactions.
Lisa holds a BA in Speech Communications and MA in Communication, with an emphasis in business and organizational communication from West Texas A&M University. She is a Past President of The Apartment Association of the Panhandle. She previously served as Vice President at Large and is presently a member of the Texas Apartment Association Board of Directors. She remains actively involved in the National Apartment Association, The International Council of Shopping Centers, IREM and CCIM Institute.
CPM (Commercial Associate)
Calandra Randolph joined FIMC in 1998 and since then has obtained her Texas Realtor’s license as well as her CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Calandra currently oversees the day to day management of over 475,000 square feet of office buildings and retail centers in Amarillo. She is also a specialist in the property management of Homeowner Associations for FIMC.
In this position Calandra has gained extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of property management including budgeting, financial reporting, employee supervision, tenant build-outs and direct communication with both tenants and property owners.
Mrs. Randolph is also involved in the leasing of office and retail properties managed or listed with FIMC.
Kirk joined FIMC in 2002, allowing for many years of experience in sales and management. He has obtained his Texas Real Estate license and is currently working to gain his CPM (Certified Property Manager) certification from IREM. Kirk has attended Amarillo College and West Texas A&M University and continues his education throughout attendance in many IREM, NAA and other real estate related courses.
Kirk’s primary function is to manage and supervise many of the multi-family properties within FIMC’s portfolio. In performing these duties not only does he work closely with on-site personnel, but he also has direct contact with the owners of these properties.
Kirk has also handled multiple leasing deals and brokerage of multi-family and commercial buildings in Amarillo.
Kirk is an active member of both the Texas Apartment Association and is a CPM Candidate with IREM.
Risha Kuhler has been employed with FIMC for more than thirty years and has played a vital role in every facet of the company. She is currently the Assistant to the President, Human Resources Manager and the Office Manager.
Some of the duties included in her daily routing consist of handling the company payroll, employee benefit programs and monthly financial reports. She also assists with bookkeeping, real estate leasing, management and brokerage with both commercial and multifamily properties.
Risha is heavily involved in the compiling of information for the annual retail, office and apartment market surveys, while also helping to train and continuously educate all FIMC employees.
Risha’s more than thirty years of experience make her a valuable member of the FIMC team and a great asset to our clients.
Brittany joined FIMC in 2018 and works with homeowner associations for FIMC. Her duties include helping to enforce Homeowner Associations Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions as well as working to maintain a high standard of living for our residents who live within the HOA’s. Prior to working with FIMC, she worked almost 10 years in Office Administration as well as Accounts Payable.
Brittany is originally from Washington, but has lived in Georgia and Colorado prior to settling down in Amarillo, Texas.
Brittany Graduated from Amarillo College in 2015 with an Associate’s Degree of Science in Art.
Assistant Property Manager
Connie joined the FIMC team in May of 2019 and currently assists our multifamily property supervisors with overseeing those properties. Her duties include working one on one with residents, maintenance staff and contractors. She has worked with small and large properties and has completed multiple remodeling and refurbishing projects. She works regularly with our financial manager regarding budgeting, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Connie has been in the property management business for six years starting as a Leasing Agent for a small property management firm in Prescott Valley, Arizona, and shortly after moving to Texas. She knew immediately that this was the career for her and since moving to Amarillo has worked as both an Assistant and Property Manager on site prior to her working at FIMC.
Connie has her Associate’s Degree in Mass Communications from Amarillo College.
Shelly has been with FIMC as our Accounting Manager since February 2017 after relocating to Amarillo from Spokane, Washington to be closer to her family.
While in Spokane she worked for a prominent local fence contractor for over 20 years. She was an office and contractor manager and handled all Accounts Payable/Receivable, Collections and Inventory.
At FIMC, Shelly produces detailed operating statements to our property management clients as well as deals directly with managers and owners regarding financial matters with their properties.
Kaye has been the first contact for customers and clients of FIMC for over 15 years now. Her position within the company requires her to be involved in all aspects of the commercial real estate and property management industry. She deals extensively with all company personnel, contractors, company vendors, residents and tenants.
Mrs. Miller holds an Associates Degree in Business Management and before joining FIMC worked for an engineering firm for over twenty years.
