Vice President
Lisa Hayes-Burt currently serves as Vice President of FIMC Commercial Realty, Inc. where she is responsible for brokerage, leasing and management supervision of both commercial and multi-family properties. She has over twenty years of experience in dealing extensively with all types of income producing real estate.A licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Texas, Lisa is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute as well as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management. In addition, she holds a Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Property Manager Certification and National Apartment Association Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) Certification.
She has successfully administered numerous large capital expenditure budgets and overseen extensive refurbishment projects. She has also had extensive experience leasing office, retail and industrial properties and kept those properties above the average occupancy. Lisa has worked with national tenants as well as regional and local tenants and has represented both Landlords and Tenants in multiple transactions.
Lisa holds a BA in Speech Communications and MA in Communication, with an emphasis in business and organizational communication from West Texas A&M University. She is a Past President of The Apartment Association of the Panhandle. She previously served as Vice President at Large and is presently a member of the Texas Apartment Association Board of Directors. She remains actively involved in the National Apartment Association, The International Council of Shopping Centers, IREM and CCIM Institute.

Kirk joined FIMC in 2008, after many years of experience in sales and management. He holds both his Texas Real Estate license and his CPM (Certified Property Manager) certification from IREM. Kirk has attended Amarillo College and West Texas A&M University and continues his education throughout attendance in many IREM, NAA and other real estate related courses. He is working towards his Texas Broker license and CCIM designation.
Kirk’s primary function is Brokerage and Leasing handling multiple leasing deals and brokerage of commercial buildings, multifamily, retail centers, and land parcels in Amarillo and surrounding areas. Kirk has found great success working with investors finding them off market deals that fits their investment goals. Kirk has worked with national, regional and local tenants helping them to find their ideal spaces. Kirk has dealt with tenant build-outs and direct communication with both tenants and property owners. Some notable clients Kirk has worked with include Vexus Fiber, Smart Chemical, Peoples Federal Credit Union, Dollar Tree, Conn’s, Crickett Wireless, Homeless Heroes, Cadillac Creek Outfitters, Inter-Con Security. Kirk has also been the Top Producer for FIMC in 2021,2022 and 2023.
On the property management side Kirk also helps to manage and supervise many of the multi-family properties within FIMC’s portfolio. Kirk has gained extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of property management including budgeting, financial reporting, employee supervision. He has successfully administered numerous large capital expenditure budgets and overseen extensive multifamily refurbishment construction projects. In performing these duties not only does he work closely with on-site personnel; he also works directly with the owners of these properties to maximize their returns.
Kirk has also been very successful in protesting taxes for our clients on their multifamily properties and commercial properties and has a keen sense of multiple markets in Texas.
Kirk is an active member of both the Texas Apartment Association, Amarillo Association of Realtors and is a CPM with IREM.
CPM (Commercial Associate)
Calandra Randolph joined FIMC in 1998 and since then has obtained her Texas Realtor’s license as well as her CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management.Calandra currently oversees the day to day management of over 475,000 square feet of office buildings and retail centers in Amarillo. She is also a specialist in the property management of Homeowner Associations for FIMC.
In this position Calandra has gained extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of property management including budgeting, financial reporting, employee supervision, tenant build-outs and direct communication with both tenants and property owners.
Mrs. Randolph is also involved in the leasing of office and retail properties managed or listed with FIMC.
Administrative Assistant
Risha Kuhler has been employed with FIMC for more than thirty years and has played a vital role in every facet of the company. She is currently the Assistant to the President, Human Resources Manager and the Office Manager.Some of the duties included in her daily routing consist of handling the company payroll, employee benefit programs and monthly financial reports. She also assists with bookkeeping, real estate leasing, management and brokerage with both commercial and multifamily properties.
Risha is heavily involved in the compiling of information for the annual retail, office and apartment market surveys, while also helping to train and continuously educate all FIMC employees.
Risha’s more than thirty years of experience make her a valuable member of the FIMC team and a great asset to our clients.
Accounting Manager
Shelly has been with FIMC as our Accounting Manager since February 2017 after relocating to Amarillo from Spokane, Washington to be closer to her family.While in Spokane she worked for a prominent local fence contractor for over 20 years. She was an office and contractor manager and handled all Accounts Payable/Receivable, Collections and Inventory.
At FIMC, Shelly produces detailed operating statements to our property management clients as well as deals directly with managers and owners regarding financial matters with their properties.
